The following endeavors encompass a series of personal and professional undertakings employing the Midjourney application. The art of crafting images holds immense significance in the world of design - both as a final product and a tool. Whether it's creating a striking visual representation to win over a client, or implementing this app's abilities to combine reference images and texts to create multiple iterations of an evolving design concept, Midjourney promises to be a valuable skillset. Like any software application, the Midjourney app is not without its limitations and often necessitates multiple iterations and testing to overcome challenges. The biggest hurdle I've encountered is the Midjourney app's lack of specificity. As an architect, I frequently have a very clear vision in my mind that I want to bring to life or refine. Unfortunately, the app operates as a generative software, which means it relies on a vast database of information to and can't grasp these specific visions. This often requires me to adapt and experiment extensively to align the generated results with my precise design intentions.
I've found that Photoshop's beta AI tool is quite useful in addressing this challenge. During the post-processing stage, I've been learning to leverage this beta tool for tackling specific areas of my design. Alternatively, I've also been employing traditional collage techniques when needed to achieve the level of detail and precision I'm aiming for.
